Lana and the Milking Table is a VN game made in Ren'py. There are a few choices you can make in regard to skipping some content that might not be up your alley, but the majority of the game focuses on the story of the main character as he gets a massage. The massage immediately turns lewd and a LOT of cumming is involved. There is a bit of an exploration with made up anatomical jargon (I know it's all unrealistic), and a lot of sensual talking and teasing.
