Keep it up and the mayor may headhunt you to assist with urban planning, relying on you for advice on public projects, events, and even what businesses to invite into town.

Choose a good combination of location, theme, and angle to produce good articles. Try a variety of combinations.
Your editorial staff will take part in planning meetings to discuss the project. Staff with better planning abilities will make better plans.
Staff duties change depending on whether they are assigned to articles or advertising. Use the "Assign" menu to change assignments.
